Why do answered questions appear in the Unanswered Questions list?

I see both answered and un-answered questions when I click on 'Unanswered'. See screenshot.

I do not see any questions in the list as you describe. Answered means "correctly answered".

Ahh - I had missed that distinction - Is it only the original author who can mark a question as Correct? I suspect that in a public forum like this, many people won't bother to tick of the correct answers

Actually Michelle both the author and a person/group designated with authority for the IQJam system and/or an IQSpace can mark an answer correct.

We are seeing customers deploy IQJam and having success getting people to mark questions as being answered.
